Welcome to DomDom Store. By browsing this website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

1. Orders

When you place an order you make an offer to purchase the selected products. An order is confirmed once our team verifies it — for Cash on Delivery this is usually a confirmation phone call. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if an item is out of stock or details cannot be verified.

2. Pricing

All prices are shown in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your city. We try to keep prices and product information accurate, but errors may occur; where a price is clearly incorrect we may cancel the affected order.

3. Payment

• Cash on Delivery — pay in cash when your order arrives.
• InstaPay / Vodafone Cash — transfer the exact order total and upload your payment screenshot. Orders are shipped after we verify the payment.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across Egypt. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by location and courier. Free shipping applies to orders above the threshold shown at checkout. Please make sure your address and phone number are correct so our courier can reach you.

5. Returns & Refunds

If a product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 14 days and we will arrange a replacement or refund. For hygiene reasons, certain opened beauty products may not be eligible for return. Refunds for verified payments are issued to the original payment method.

6. Cancellations

You may cancel an order while its status is still Pending or Processing from your orders page, or by contacting us. Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled, but it may still be eligible for return under the policy above.

7. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the store, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. All site content, branding and design remain the property of DomDom Store.

9. Limitation of Liability

The store is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, DomDom Store is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the site or products beyond the value of your order.
